Aaron Gorres, Founder

From Fortune 500 to Field Service

Aaron's background is in chemical engineering, a discipline built on systems thinking, process optimization, and accountability to measurable outcomes. After graduating, he spent years at a Fortune 500 manufacturer designing and deploying automation workflows across complex operational environments.

The results were documented: over $700,000 in savings from automation systems he designed, built, and owned from concept to deployment. That work required understanding not just the technology, but the business context: what actually drives cost, where the real inefficiencies live, and how to build systems that people will actually use.

He founded Moose Automation Group to bring that methodology to field-service businesses. These are companies run by people who are exceptional at the work (septic, plumbing, HVAC, excavation) but who are leaving revenue on the table because of gaps that automation was built to fill. Aaron's job is to close those gaps, without the overhead of enterprise consulting.

Our Mission

"Automate for Value. Accelerate Growth."

What Guides Our Work

Our Values

Strategic

We don't automate for automation's sake. Every build starts with a clear line between the work and the business result it drives.

Reliable

We deliver what we scope, when we say we will. Fixed timelines, full documentation, and systems that work when you're not watching.

Precise

Engineering discipline applied to business problems. We define the scope tightly, build it cleanly, and measure whether it worked.

Practical

We build systems your team can actually run. No black boxes. No vendor lock-in. Clear handoffs and training so you own what you paid for.

The Opportunity

Why Field-Service

The Market Opportunity

Field-service businesses are some of the most resilient in the economy. People will always need their septic pumped, their HVAC serviced, their pipes fixed. But the industry is massively fragmented, phone-dependent, and operating with technology that hasn't caught up to the work.

Most of these businesses are run by exceptional tradespeople who became business owners. They're great at the work. They are, almost universally, leaving revenue on the table because of systems that aren't built to scale.

Low tech adoption means the gap between what's possible and what's in place is enormous, and that's where Moose Automation Group operates.

What Owners Tell Us

  • After-hours calls go to voicemail, and those leads never call back
  • Quotes sent by email sit unanswered until someone remembers to follow up
  • Service reminders are sent manually (or not at all) because there's no system
  • Happy customers don't leave reviews because no one asks them to
  • Paper systems and tribal knowledge make it impossible to grow without adding headcount
